Message: This review is for Ashley - eCart employee. I called this morning 11/23/22 because I forgot to pick up my order yesterday 11/22/22 and I had additional questions regarding the online order. Ashley provided excellent service and that’s very rare to come by nowadays. Ashley was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable of the company’s policy. Also, she provided me guidance on how to find ECart parking if I’m driving in from Elk Grove Florin or Calvine. Which was helpful because the parking lot is “tight” and the ECart signs aren’t really visible until you’re in that row. So her guidance helped me when I arrived. She provided outstanding customer service by phone and I appreciate her help. I will return to this location due to my experience with Ashley. Please give her kudos!

Message: Definitely an upscale grocery store. It was recommended to me for their knives sharpening service. You walk into the store and immediately see the many departments for store has to offer. And there are many from a floral Dept. to a pharmacy and everything in between. It doesn't seem like a superstore just scaled down. Prices didn't seem much higher than other stores like Safeway, which is across the street. I'll have to choose a favorite.
