Message: I live closer to Ralph's (27730 Santa Margarita Pkwy) but now almost 95% time shop this location. Overall reason for change is SB has consistent and better customer service, overall lower prices and AMAZING butcher department. The staff their seems happy and it is honestly nice to see mostly the same crew there when you shop on a weekly basis. When they get busy they open more registers unlike other stores.. Great job.

Message: This location is a great store, very helpful and friendly workers, minus the baggers who can't stop distracting the sales clerk by talking. Weston the butcher I always seem to get is very quick, helpful, friendly and now he usually knows what I'm looking for. The checkout lines move quick when properly staffed minus a couple slow sales clerks to avoid. Never had any issues at this location. I give it a 5. 5 stars.

Message: The only negative thing that I can say about this particular grocery store is that the parking lot is a bit of a headache. Overall, the grocery store itself is wonderful. Friendly staff willing to help you find what you need. Great checkers who are fast and efficient. Fully stocked everything. If I lived closer to this location, this would be my go-to grocery store. Sadly, it's not convenient for me to come here. Check it out, you'll be very surprised at how great it is.

Message: They just remodeled and looked so cleaner and roomy. All employees are friendly and nice. I didn’t know they started Sushi recently! Looks good and fresh. The prices are under $10. Try it!

Message: Really like this store for coffee and meats. The meat section is better than anywhere unless you want to go high-end organic with Whole Foods or Gelsons. The staff at the butchers are always friendly and helpful when customizing your ready to cook steaks. We tend to get top sirloin at $3. 99/lb (almost alwats on sale at this price). occasionally a fatty piece but usually really tender and delicious.
