Message: Best Commissary in the DoD inventory. Huge facility with plenty of staff to keep the line moving. Everything is fresh and exceptionally clean. Guaranteed you will save 30% compared to Vons and other grocers in San Diego. Best VA benefit is commissary access when you live in San Diego.

Best time to go is during the weekday around 1to 1:30 pm. The staff was restocking the store around the same time. Found everything I was looking for.
