Message: I've been shopping this store forever and all the employees are friendly and very helpful. I recently was shopping and saw a sale I very much wanted to take advantage of. It was closing time AND the final day of the sale. It was one of those sales where you need the app on your phone and you type your sale item in and blah blah blah. I'm an old goat and ain't real good with computer tech and all that. I was the last customer of the night and the store had just announced they were officially closed. Panicking, I'm trying to figure out how to get this digital coupon off this app and don't have a clue to what I'm doing. Augie, the store manager, was so patient and helpful and was more determined to make sure I got that sale price coupon off the app than I was. This manager has gone the extra mile for me time and time again. He even had ordered a couple of difficult to get items just for me during our covid fiasco. Yes prices are slightly higher at Albertsons but the customer service is outstanding. Thank you Augie! You're the best!
